This is the first step in the admission process. Potential clients or their representatives make a phone call to our facility. During this call, we provide an overview of our IOP and PHP programs, answer any initial questions, and gather basic information about the prospective client. This step helps in determining the appropriateness of our programs for the individual’s needs.

Before admission, it’s crucial to verify the payment method. We accept both insurance and cash payments for our programs. During this stage, we work closely with clients to verify their insurance coverage or arrange for cash payment. It’s important to ensure that all financial aspects are clear and confirmed to avoid any issues later in the treatment process.

The final stage is the intake process. This involves completing all necessary paperwork, going over the program rules and expectations, and introducing the client to the treatment environment. It’s an opportunity for clients to meet staff members, understand the daily schedule, and get acquainted with the resources available to them. This step marks the beginning of the client’s journey towards recovery in our IOP or PHP program.
